Year 2011

This year marks a very special year for Me as I was involved in Multiple Project's
Some were professional and some were Personal. Apart from normal plant maintenance -Huge capex investment was to be implemented before year end. Capacity enhancement and our next level intiative & to do better was also a target mindset before the year started. We Created an Hattrick by completting three major projects. Two of which were on target, with meeting dead line date of completion and under budget controll - for which I was also awarded .

This year will definitely create an great impression in my comming day's
For one reason that we were definitely doing very well as a kaizen team and contibuting to our continual improvement pillar...many improvement projects were completed..and many individual projects also were completed

Secondly I would like to remenber this year for one reason that we participated in a external competion for Kaizen at pune .Relatively very unexperienced team but high in moral and everyone in the team had contributed.

Very nervous when price distribution was going around, every team member looking at each other but when our name was anounced; the spark and joy in everyones eye was great.
I still remember and cherish those moment's.
